From Broward County to the Fashion Industry: His Journey

Growing up in Broward County, Florida, definitely shaped who he is today. Like many places, Broward has its challenges—people who try to bring you down, distractions, and all the typical hurdles. But he learned early on that it’s all about the circle you keep. With the guidance of his parents, he always moved in the right direction, staying focused on the bigger picture. It wasn’t always easy, but with the right support system, he was able to push through and find success.

Getting Into Fashion: A Lifelong Passion

Fashion has always been a part of his life. From a young age, he had an eye for style, mixing outfits, experimenting with colors, and testing different looks. By the time he was 10 years old, he was already experimenting with shoes, colors, and clothes, discovering what worked and what didn’t.

In high school, he took things a step further by customizing clothes for his friends and even random people, earning a small commission here and there. But it wasn’t until the pandemic hit that he really took fashion seriously. With the challenges of finding a job during Covid, he focused on customizing clothes full-time, and that became his main source of income.

However, customizing clothes just wasn’t enough for him. He wanted more—he wanted to mass-produce clothes and build something bigger. That’s when his grandfather stepped in and invested in a heat press machine to help him press vinyl onto shirts. That was a game-changer. It led to the creation of his first clothing brand, “Misunderstood.”

The journey wasn’t smooth—there were ups and downs as he navigated the challenges of balancing creativity with the business side of things. He rebranded to “Inspire the Youth,” hoping to reignite his passion, but something still didn’t feel right. Instead of giving up, he decided to invest in himself, dedicating time to learn more about the fashion industry. He found manufacturers, created content, and focused on pushing his designs.

Though his brand made money, he struggled with managing it and ended up losing most of his earnings. At a crossroads, he turned to modeling—another way to stay connected to the fashion world.

Modeling: A New Chapter

Modeling opened up a whole new world for him. It wasn’t just about being in front of the camera—it was about building connections, attending networking events, and meeting people from all walks of the fashion industry. Through modeling, he learned the value of relationships and how important it is to network with the right people.

Modeling has given him the exposure and opportunities he needed to succeed. From collaborating with brands to attending industry events, it has provided the platform he needed to continue growing.

The Most Defining Moment in His Career

If he had to point to one defining moment in his career so far, it would be when he found the confidence to walk in fashion shows. It was a big step for him—putting himself out there in front of an audience—but it gave him the confidence to continue pursuing his dreams. That moment of self-belief changed everything for him and set the stage for all the success that followed.

Words of Wisdom for Aspiring Models

The best advice he’s received as a model is simple: Take every opportunity. Whether it’s a commercial, a photoshoot, or even just someone snapping pictures of you on their phone—take it. Every opportunity, no matter how small, can lead to something bigger. It’s all about putting yourself out there and seeing where it takes you.
