From a childhood filled with instruments to turning trauma into inspiration, Floskiii’s story is anything but ordinary. Born and raised in Florida, music was always somewhere in the background — whether it was playing piano at church, strumming a guitar at school, or learning violin back in elementary. But everything really changed in 8th grade, following a serious car accident that left him and his little brother hospitalized for weeks.

It was during that time that Floskiii discovered the healing power of music.

“I was listening to so much music just to cope,” he shares. “And I came across my boy Aydin — who went by loveauraat the time — on SoundCloud. He really inspired me to start my own shi fr.”

That connection grew into a friendship and creative bond over Discord, where Aydin helped Floskiii with mixing, taught him the ropes, and even introduced him to his early audience. “He’s one of the main reasons I try to spread positivity and help others through music,” Floskiii says. “He showed love, so I want to do the same.”

Finding His Sound

At first, he went by FloridaMadeYG — a nod to DDG’s early YouTube name PontiacMadeDDG — but eventually shortened it to Flp and then Floskiii, a name that stuck with both fans and friends.

Creative at heart and always experimenting, Floskiii isn’t afraid to break boundaries. Whether it’s trying new sounds or going deep into personal experiences, every song is rooted in real life.

“One thing that helps me with songwriting is just living in the moment,” he says. “Sometimes you gotta log off, go outside, touch grass, and really experience life before experimenting with it. That’s how I break writer’s block — by living.”

This philosophy of “experience before experimentation” fuels his authenticity, helping him make music people can genuinely relate to. From raw emotion to pure fun, his tracks reflect his journey, energy, and everything in between.

The Music

Floskiii’s catalog is steadily growing, with recent releases like “Day Ones” — a heartfelt thank-you to the people who’ve supported him from the very start. “It’s about appreciating those who’ve been with me through my lowest. I’m here now because of them, and I’m gonna bring them up with me.”

Collaborating closely with rising producer @prodangelic, Floskiii has been shaping a unique sound that blends emotion with creativity. “He’s really been helping me evolve fr,” he says. “We got so much heat on the way. We’re taking over soon, no cap.”

Two standout tracks right now are “Wok” and “Rotten2Me” — each representing different sides of Floskiii’s artistry.

“In Wok, I was just talking my shi — I feel like I get doubted a lot coming up, so I had to show I’m not to be slept on,” he says.
“Rotten2Me was way more personal. That one’s based on real events. I poured my heart out on it.”

Influences & Energy

With a wide taste in music, Floskiii draws inspiration from artists like Rexv2, Tana, Untiljapan, and Lil Yachty — admiring their ability to stay real, creative, and different. But Floskiii always brings his own flavor to the table.

He also credits the moment he first performed — unexpectedly — with @omnimako for giving him a taste of the stage. “I was scared as hell, forgot all my lyrics, but the energy? Unmatched. That experience changed everything for me.”

From that day on, the live show environment — the people, the vibe, the love — became something he knew he wanted to be a part of forever.

2025 is already shaping up to be a big year for Floskiii. With new music, evolving sound, and a deep drive to connect with people through real stories and raw emotion, this is just the beginning.

“I’m ready to make a comeback,” he says. “If you fw me now, just know there’s so much more to come. 2025 is OUR YEAR. I’m going all in.”
