L3Z1’s journey into music began around 2023. It started off simple — just a freestyle with his cousins, playing around, having fun. But that moment sparked something bigger. What began as a joke quickly turned into a passion, and since then, he hasn’t looked back.

Early on, he drew inspiration from artists like Future, Lil Yachty, and Tyler, The Creator. Their ability to push boundaries, stay true to themselves, and express raw emotion heavily influenced his style and sound.

Music has always been more than background noise for him — it’s a way of life. Everything he does revolves around music, and without it, he says he honestly doesn’t know where he’d be. That deep connection made it natural for him to start creating. Being able to contribute to something he’s admired for so long is something he’s always aspired to do.

His real name is Dilezio — a name that’s often mispronounced — so he shortened it to L3Z1  for simplicity. The numbers in L3Z1 came later, adding a personal touch that made the name fully his own.

His music is spontaneous and emotion-driven. Every song he creates comes from whatever he’s feeling in the moment. There’s no script — just real emotion and expression. That’s what makes his sound unique.

One song in particular, “Franchesca,” holds a special place in his journey. He believed it could be the track to introduce him to the world and solidify his place in the underground scene. It was a turning point, a moment where everything felt aligned.

For L3z1, the most challenging part of the creative process is finding the right flow — one that fits the beat while also telling a story. But once he locks in, the rest falls into place.
